We go through every palette to ensure they live up to high quality standards and that they meet all functional expectations. With that said, due to the 3D Printed method of production, all TwisTable Palettes may have some small cosmetic imperfections/irregularities. Sometimes these occur due to small changes in the raw materials we use, environmental/equipment changes during production, or small design tweaks as we continuously try to improve our designs to create new and refined products.
Guarantee:
While minor cosmetic irregularities are to be expected, we guarantee TwisTable Palettes will remain functional for at least 3 months from delivery. If there turns out to be any issue during regular use of your item that affects your ability to Twist, Sculpt, or otherwise create your art using our palettes, please contact us with a description of the issue and a photo if relevant and we’ll be happy to help with replacements, guidelines, or recommendations!
Function of TwisTable Cover Packs:
During production of covers, we sample some to ensure they will apply appropriately to your TwisTable plates. We also include a small amount of extra covers beyond what we promise in our Cover Packs just in case any of your covers may not function as intended or in case of any other issue. If for some reason there seems to be an issue throughout your order within at least 3 months from delivery of your TwisTable Cover Bundle order, contact us and let us know the concern and we'll get back to you as soon as possible to offer support!
