Refund policy

Simple Returns are accepted for unopened, unused Ready-Built computers as well as any Individual Accessory and Accessory Packages within 30 days of delivery. Due to their custom and purpose-built nature, Custom PCs are ineligible for Simple Returns, though they are always warrantied to ensure your satisfaction.
