New Prebuilt PC Limited Hardware Warranty:

Warranty and Methods of Remediation (Date: 9/2/2024):

Lovering PC (Hereby referred to as "Us," "We," or "Our") warrants to the Original Purchaser (Hereby referred to as "You",) that every "New Prebuilt PC" (Hereby referred to as "The Product") will be free of defects in workmanship and materials for 1-year beginning on the date of delivery. Many issues can be resolved through customer troubleshooting and this will be the first line of diagnosis and resolution in the interest of saving time and getting the PC functioning as expected as soon as possible. You shall be assisted with troubleshooting and diagnosis through verbal or text-based means if requested. If You are located in Our Immediate Service Area (Spokane, WA and nearby areas,) and any physical services are required, they may be done through in-home appointment at Your residence, at Our Office Location, or through scheduled pickup and return depending on Your preferences, equipment availability, and level of service required. If You are not in Our Immediate Service Area, shipping of parts for You to replace Yourself, or shipping of entire systems will be used in accordance with what will assist You in the fastest and most comprehensive way.

IMPORTANT:

Please make sure to back up onto Your own personal drive or cloud the data on SSDs or HDDs within The Product before you ship it to us, before you replace a part, or before We replace any SSDs or HDDs. Also, remove any confidential or personal information and removable media such as Discs, USB Drives, or USB Connected Devices. We are expressly not responsible for any of Your confidential or personal information; lost or corrupted data; or damaged or lost removable media.

What is Covered:

This limited hardware warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in The Product that You have purchased. Our responsibility for defects in materials or workmanship is limited to repairing or replacing materials used in The Product. This limited hardware warranty only covers what is stated above and does not include warranties or conditions, expressed or implied, for such perceived issues that include but are not limited to;

(1) Fitness for a specific purpose;

(2) Relating to any Third-Party product or software such as operating system and any software added at Your request or that You have added; or

(3) Damages or otherwise unexpected operation due to user accident, material modification, lack of maintenance, liquid or gas exposure, or damage due to impact after delivery.

(4) Any components or items not purchased from Us which have/had been added to The Product.

Alterations or Amendments to this Warranty:

We reserve the right to alter or amend this warranty for the purpose of clarifying or extending the coverage we offer to You. Should there be larger changes to this warranty in the future as noted by a warranty date listed after The Product's date of arrival to You, The Product's warranty as stated up to Your date of arrival will retain it's coverage until such time as it has expired. If We offer a purchasable Warranty Extension or if we otherwise give You some form of extension as demonstrated by an Email to You, then that warranty extension will follow the language applicable at the time of Extension which will supersede language that may differ from that of Your expired warranty.
